We needed to have a sump pump put in because of flooding in our basement. The man that showed up ( I can't remember his name to save my life) to do our estimate was very professional and courteous and knew exactly what our problem was. He explained everything in detail and made it extremely easy for us to understand. The guys had the job done in about a day and a half and had everything cleaned up. We will definitely use them again if we need them and highly recommend them.

I just wanted to let people know how happy I am that I had a basement drain system installed after last years rainy Spring. With all the rain we have had in the past couple days my basement is as dry as a bone. Thank you so much Ameri-Dry and Barry Antonelli for doing such a great job. When we had what seemed like an absolute mess of an issue with our recently purchased home, we reached out to several companies for inspections, but none were equipped to perform the job. Thankfully, we found Ameri-Dry. Barry came out to look at the problem, inspected it thoroughly, and offered us a solution. We got a quote from several companies for waterproofing our basement. Barry was by far the most knowledgeable, professional and honest. Two of the other companies were up selling and pushing additional services that we didn’t really need. Even though those additional services would have meant more money for his company, when we asked, Barry explained what we really needed and why. His crew was very professional and courteous while working as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Caleb and Barry were so professional and so courteous, they kept me in the loop the whole time of what was going on and how long it would take. I have recommended them already to all my friends and family and I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you guys for helping me out, now I can start the build of my bedrooms in the basement.

Excellent crew! Professional and cleaned up well

We called and they responded quickly. They are Tri Cities local (in Greeneville). The estimate was professional and informative. Our team came at the exact time promised and the repair was taken care of in the time we were told. The work crew leader, Caleb Gilbert, was also informative and explained everything. He checked everything before they left and made sure clean up was completed. The crew was top notch. I recommend them if you need basement drying services. My only suggestion would be for them to give a military discount.

The team at Ameridry was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They waterproofed our basement and garage areas. They were able to address our concerns, ease our nerves, and were very flexible with changes we desired.

In today’s world it’s hard to find good quality hard working people but these guys were all the above !!! Showed up on time worked 2 full days non stop and completed the job on time and within budget !! It started with the owner being here at the start and making sure the foreman and crew had the job handled and came by to check on work!! The crew are young men in their 20’s but have great work Ethics and are very respectful “Yes Ma’am and Yes Sir” I highly recommend this business

The crew that did the work was amazing! Everyone was very nice and respectful, worked hard, and was patient with us as we asked question after question.

I had Ameri-Dry install drainage in my basement. They showed up day 1, walked me through the process, let me know what to expect in terms of noise and timeline, and spent time answering my questions to make sure I was comfortable with the job. Aside from the jackhammering the first day, I almost didn't know they were here as I worked from home. Day 2 they wrapped up right when they said they would, gave me the rundown on how the new system works, how long the concrete will take to cure, and what to expect during that time. They also let me know that my foundation is in good shape, explained how the foundation is built, and even spent time to talk to me about my chimney (unrelated to the job at hand) and talk to me about how the house is built. I learned a lot about my house (and of course about basement drainage) by chatting with this crew. They were super polite, did diligent work, left the workspace cleaner than when they arrived, and it looks great! I'm tickled to have had them do this work, and would recommend them to anyone, no reservations. These folks are solid.

Amazing company , came out the next day for an estimate . We agreed to have them do the job . Gilbert and his crew came out exactly in the scheduled day. Finished up the job a day ahead of schedule. Cleaned up everyday at the end of the day. Very professional, courteous and kept us informed as the job progresses. Highly recommend. Great experience, everyone was professional, on time, and thorough. Would recommend.

The concrete covering the drain system could be a little smoother but it’s not a huge issue to me personally because it will eventually be covered. It has not rained hard enough since then installation to test how well it is working but I see now reason why it shouldn’t. They crew that installed my system were hard workers and very professional. They were in and out in 2 days for a 68ft section of wall and a 12 foot section of grate at my garage door.

We hired Ameri-Dry Waterproofing to install an interior drainage system and because of the invasive nature of the project and I was very nervous. We were happy to find a local company to encapsulate our crawl spaces in our basement. Ameri-Dry was very professional, great communication with us, and all staff were top notch. Caleb and his team, Zach and Ben, were hard workers, doing the installation so neatly and accurately. They worked great together as an experienced efficient team, always leaving the area clean and safe each day. Stephen calculated the estimate for us, and explained the details.
