A Thorough Evaluation

Be assured, when our Ameri-Dry® Consultant comes to your home, he’s mission is to find out why your basement is leaking and design a system to fix it. He is a thoroughly trained waterproofing/foundation repair consultant, and he will:

  • discuss with you in detail your wet basement problems
  • thoroughly analyze your basement as well as the outside perimeter of your home
  • provide you with a detailed assessment as to the cause of your wet basement problem
  • explain how Ameri-Dry® will permanently solve that problem
  • provide a range of dry basement options for you to consider based on a set price list

Regular Communication

If you decide to use Ameri-Dry® for the repair, we take the information process one step further by thoroughly discussing our “work order” with you to ensure that you, your consultant, and the Ameri-Dry® installation crew are all on the same page to reduce the possibility of any confusion. We also reserve a date on our installation calendar right then and there, so you have time to prepare.

Customer Satisfaction

To ensure satisfaction, our “work order” is reviewed a second time via the “initial walk through” with you and your foreman prior to starting. You will also be updated regularly and encouraged to observe our work throughout the waterproofing process. Upon completion, your foreman will guide you through the final inspection and answer any questions you may have. You will also be given an Ameri-Dry® “Completion Certificate” where you will have the opportunity to give us your feedback as well as sign off on the project.

Future Peace of Mind

Every local office, as well as their key employees, must complete an intense training course. In addition, Ameri-Dry® maintains a full schedule of field training.
